The area was also home to Australia’s first nations people. Land in these areas can be subject to Aboriginal Heritage Regulations 2018 (the Regulations). It is important when dealing with land outside of urban areas to check if it is subject to any Overlays or restrictions.
Land close to named waterways (200metres) or within 50 metres of registered Aboriginal cultural heritage places are impacted.
